All information on our vacancies can be found in our job portal. The advertised vacancies can be further localized here through a variety of criteria, including the location or area where the position is available. Naturally enough, we are always happy to receive a compelling and informative application from you, unsolicited and at any time.

This way to the job portal

Applying to EBZ is easy and uncomplicated. Use our job portal for this purpose and apply online. You can choose here between an application with registration, or keep it quick and simple without registering. Registering allows you to alter documents or provide additional papers, even subsequently, or to apply for a second position without uploading everything again. Alternatively, you can also mail us your application. We will then acknowledge receipt of your application by e-mail.

This way to the job portal

A reply to your application will be sent as quickly as possible. A reply is usually sent within 14 days.

Following receipt of your application, it is examined by Human Resources and the responsible technical department. If your profile meets our requirements, we will invite you to visit us for a personal interview. This interview will give us a chance to get to know each other and introduce you to the potential position and the company. Please reserve one to two hours for this purpose. An individual from Human Resources and one from the technical department usually participate in the interview. If the application process goes well for both sides, you will receive your written employment contract following verbal confirmation, and you can then start with the EBZ Group.

We use an interview to get to know the person behind the application and offer you a glimpse into the EBZ Group. In addition to professional qualifications, we attach great importance to your personal qualities. A high level of enthusiasm for technology, a willingness to act autonomously and independently, an openness to learning new things, and pleasure in working with others in a team are all characteristics that are important to us. The interview should, of course, offer enough time to answer your questions regarding the position and the company. This also gives you the chance to see if you can identify with our values and whether our activities meet your expectations.

We endeavor to give you the best possible support during your first working day, helping you get to know the EBZ Group and feel at home with us. Right from the outset, you will be greeted by our Career Team in a welcoming reception, following which you will meet your supervisors. You will receive a welcome folder from us containing all relevant information relating to working at EBZ. You will simultaneously be assigned a mentor to make your integration in your team and your new working environment easier. In addition, an individual induction plan should also facilitate your introduction to your new area of activity in the initial months.
