Assembly technology

Assembly and joining of different components in the battery assembly (module and block) and unit assembly (marriage lines) technology areas with highly flexible systems are among our most important tasks. We draw on a broad range of know-how in the area of fully automated and manual systems. We offset component and system tolerances to enable joining processes. We develop and supply our own transport systems, including chain conveyors, high-speed roller conveyors, worker conveyors and even AGV systems.

Joining processes, screw fitting processes and the application of adhesive (single or dual component) are planned, integrated and realized from the outset in EBZ Group systems. Naturally enough, the integration of components such as screw spindles, EOL stations and plasma cleaning equipment and the professional support of their interfaces are also our responsibility. Connections of Q systems, MES or SCADA are realized.
