Milled dies

Milled single or multi-part dies made of polyurethane, epoxy resin block materials or aluminum for manufacturing prototypes, test parts or small series of the following:

• Fiber composites through fiberglass molding
  with vacuum or pressing technology if required
• Fiber composite components through phenolic pre-pregs
  with vacuum and/or pressing technology
• Cast silicone components
• Coated silicone pressure hoses or membranes

Expandable through pressure pads, loose parts, exchangeable inserts, strips, demolding inserts and others
